Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use issues.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and recovery needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a collaborative therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists, to ensure holistic care and therapeutic continuity.

• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning for clients in acute distress.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

You will primarily work with clients experiencing substance use disorders, often accompanied by complex mental health conditions. Qualifications\n
