Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and formulate individualized family service plans (IFSP).

• Collaborate with families to develop tailored strategies using evidence-based practices within a natural learning environment.

• Monitor and evaluate child and family outcomes regularly, ensuring effective implementation of the IFSP.

• Provide ongoing emotional and practical support to families, helping them to enhance their child's development through guidance and skill-sharing.

• Administer developmental assessments and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.

• Facilitate open and positive communication among multidisciplinary team members, fostering an environment of trust and effective collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, particularly infants and toddlers who experience developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
