This position operates in a fully remote capacity, allowing our Licensed Clinical Social Workers to conduct evaluations, assessments, and provide support from the comfort of their own home. While the position is remote, the LCSW will engage with our community health clinic team and other professionals through virtual meetings and digital communication platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) for enrolled families focusing on collaborative and personalized strategies.

• Monitor and assess outcomes as a part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective service delivery and adherence to state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will focus primarily on young children, specifically those experiencing disabilities or developmental delays during critical early years of growth. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position ranges between USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
