Norwood Counseling Center is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity, primarily supporting our Hospice Center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of children enrolled in hospice services.

• Engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring alignment with family priorities and child development milestones.
\n
• Actively participate in team meetings to monitor and discuss patient outcomes and modify care strategies accordingly.
\n
• Provide expert guidance and support to families, equipping them with information, resources, and skills to enhance their child’s development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and strategies, such as Natural Learning Environment Practices, to best serve our patients.
\n
• Build rapport with children, families, and team colleagues to foster a nurturing and effective learning environment.
\n
• Exercise clinical judgment by administering evaluations while adapting approaches to meet diverse learning styles and family dynamics.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations related to social work practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on young children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays, who are facing unique challenges and require early intervention services. Qualifications\n
