Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LCSW at Empowerment Pathways will encompass a range of critical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Providing therapy sessions—individual, group, and family therapy—aimed at addressing client-specific issues, enhancing coping strategies, and promoting recovery.

• Facilitating crisis intervention efforts in high-stress situations, ensuring clients receive immediate and appropriate support.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers, family members, and community resources to ensure an integrated care approach, which includes direct referrals and follow-up services.

• Developing strategies for case management to monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure efficacy and responsiveness to their needs.

• Participating in team meetings, contributing insights to improve service delivery, and engaging in professional development to enhance your skills.

Empowerment Pathways offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
