Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to address a diverse range of mental health and psychosocial issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support, sharing of personal experiences, and psychoeducation to foster resilience among participants.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline clear, measurable goals and utilize evidence-based interventions to facilitate client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and crafting safety plans, while coordinating with local emergency resources when necessary.

• Advocate for clients, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to navigate healthcare systems and access community services effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards to ensure privacy and compliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000. In addition to a salary commensurate with experience, employees have the opportunity to earn a sign-on bonus.
