Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, social factors, and treatment goals, applying evidence-based frameworks.

• Provide individualized counseling sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, delivering psychoeducation, support networks, and shared experiences for clients facing similar challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with measurable objectives, utilizing collaborative approaches to foster client engagement in their own healing.

• Provide critical crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and safety planning while coordinating immediate emergency resources when necessary.

• Advocate tirelessly for clients' rights and access to necessary services, guiding them through healthcare and community resource navigation.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and progress documentation, adhering to both legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
