Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students to identify their mental health needs, focusing on both psychological and social determinants of health.

• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions that address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

• Lead and facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions to foster peer support, promote psychoeducation, and address common psychological challenges faced by students.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating measurable goals, drawing from evidence-based interventions aligned with each client's unique needs.

• Deliver high-quality crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments, developing safety plans, and coordinating with emergency resources when necessary.

• Serve as a strong advocate for clients, ensuring their rights are upheld and assisting them in accessing vital healthcare and community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes are accurately documented.

The primary focus of the LCSW in this role will be on students within the school setting. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
