This full-time position is primarily remote but will involve some in-person engagements within Galveston, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients in both individual and group settings, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance individual treatment plans and client outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored care plans based on identified needs and preferences of clients.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to align with shifting needs and empowering the client’s voice in their care.

• Identify and address crisis situations effectively, utilizing appropriate intervention strategies and resources.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss care strategies, share resources, and reflect on best practices.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Actively promote client safety by identifying potential crises and reporting risks while following established protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will serve a diverse clientele facing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and complex trauma. The LCSW will work with individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, ensuring culturally sensitive practices are adhered to, in providing advocacy and support. In this role, you will empower clients, fostering their strengths and resilience to navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services, specifically in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish, as this skill is invaluable in serving our diverse clientele. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is also advantageous, streamlining service delivery and documentation.
