Work Environment\n

This position will be primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to execute tasks from your home office while remaining highly connected with clients and team members through digital communication tools. You will be working standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring you have a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. This requires building rapport and actively engaging clients in the therapeutic process.

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, adapting methods to suit diverse client backgrounds and presenting concerns.

• Participate actively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatric providers, nurses, and peer support specialists to meet common treatment goals.

• Monitor client progress, ensuring timely evaluations and updating treatment plans based on feedback and changing needs.

• Manage a caseload, which includes identifying risk factors, conducting crisis interventions, and developing safety plans when necessary.

• Implement and evaluate evidence-based interventions with a focus on prevention, treatment, and recovery, ensuring services align with best practices.

• Diligently document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Engage in community outreach activities to promote services and foster relationships that enhance client engagement and access to care.

• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as needed to assist clients in crisis effectively.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the organization’s service delivery and client outcomes.

This role primarily serves individuals coping with various mental health challenges, including major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
