Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the social, emotional, and developmental needs of clients.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), promoting tailored therapeutic strategies that address each child's unique circumstances.

• Monitor and document outcomes, providing regular progress reports and recommendations to the treatment team.

• Work closely with families to provide educational support and resources that enhance their children’s developmental skills.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices in all client interactions and treatment planning.

• Facilitate a positive rapport with children, families, and team members to cultivate a supportive and nurturing environment.

• Remain compliant with all federal, state, and organizational regulations, ensuring the health and safety of clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on assisting children and families, specifically those with developmental delays or disabilities. By understanding their individual needs, you will provide support that promotes growth during those crucial early years of development, encompassing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Being adept at adapting to various learning styles, you will ensure personalized approaches that cater to each child's individualized treatment plan.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW licensure, issued by the Department of Public Health.
