Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and diagnoses, when required, using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to evaluate and create personalized treatment plans that consider the diverse cultural backgrounds and specific needs of your patients.

• Monitor patient progress consistently and implement appropriate evidence-based interventions and strategies to support their mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental protocols.

• Collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans with patients and their families that address specific goals and desired outcomes, ensuring a shared understanding of the care approach.

• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating referral options and building robust relationships with external providers to facilitate integrated care.
