Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your knowledge and expertise to conduct psychosocial assessments and develop independent diagnoses for patients, identifying challenges that may affect their academic and social performance.

• Collaborate with patients to create personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs, preferences, and life circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and behavioral strategies, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral approaches, to help students achieve their goals.

• Work closely with educators, school psychologists, and primary healthcare providers within the community to foster a holistic approach to student wellness.

• Continuously monitor progress through ongoing assessments, either in person or via teletherapy platforms, ensuring adaptations in the treatment plan are made as necessary.

• Support patients in managing psychotropic medications as prescribed, focusing on adherence, tracking side effects, and effectiveness of the overall treatment plan.
