Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct counseling services to students coping with symptoms of major mental health conditions and emotional disorders, promoting their overall mental well-being.

• Collaborate with educators and other health professionals to develop comprehensive integrated care plans tailored to individual student needs, ensuring that all necessary resources are accessible.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of student mental health, using evidence-based practices to identify needs and facilitate appropriate intervention.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary and provide immediate support to students in distress.

• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
