Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.

• Establish rapport and maintain trust with clients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address client needs.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments and screenings, arranging further evaluations if required.

• Create and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, enhancing their access to vital services.

• Assist clients during crisis situations, providing immediate intervention as necessary.

• Carry a manageable caseload, offering individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on the presenting problems and client-requested services.

• Participate in on-call duties as assigned, addressing urgent client needs during program hours and after.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
