Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals for individuals, couples, families, and groups, drawing on evidence-based practices to ensure effectiveness.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, regularly reassessing treatment strategies to ensure alignment with therapeutic goals while adapting to changing needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, employing clinical judgment and expertise to effectively manage severe emotional distress situations.

• Foster relationships with clients, families, and community service providers, ensuring a robust support network exists for each client’s holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all services rendered, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage actively in quality assurance activities, contributing to clinical meetings, and participating in ongoing in-service training to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
