Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, presenting concerns, and personal histories to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy through virtual sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, continuously monitoring progress and adapting strategies as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
