This full-time, remote position allows for a flexible work setting where you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of healthcare professionals, therapists, and support staff in a detox center environment. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting work-life balance while serving our clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health strengths, weaknesses, and needs, utilizing tools such as structured interviews and standardized assessment measures.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, integrating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the severity and complexity of the client’s conditions.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for both individual and group therapy, fostering a supportive and safe environment where clients can express their feelings and challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
