Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological well-being, pivotal for determining tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, addressing emotional concerns, fostering personal growth, and enhancing patients’ coping skills.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies while managing high-pressure situations effectively.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available in the community.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuous professional development activities to stay current with emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient demographic encompasses a wide range of individuals dealing with varying mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and personality disorders. The therapist will work with a diverse client base, providing inclusive and culturally competent care aimed at improving overall mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a relevant mental health setting.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough assessments, develop effective treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
