Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health status, challenges, and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, actively utilizing therapeutic techniques to empower clients in managing their mental health.

• Coordinate care and engage in case consultations with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic client support.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation and support strategies.

Qualifications\n
