Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental health needs of your clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that cater to the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies.

• Engage in community outreach activities, such as workshops and seminars, to promote mental health awareness and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse group of clients, including individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and other mental health disorders. Our community mental health center serves a variety of populations, including marginalized groups and those facing socioeconomic challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills required to establish meaningful relationships with clients.

• Commitment to cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance with clinical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
