You will engage with clients through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring their comfort and privacy. Though you will primarily operate independently, you will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and cohesive treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and identify emotional and psychological challenges.

• Strategically develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and therapeutic objectives.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which may include individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Continuously monitor and document clients’ progress, providing necessary adjustments to treatment plans to maximize efficacy.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support and resources to clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular supervision and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of current research in mental health therapy.

• Adhere strictly to professional ethical standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will serve a diverse client base, which may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
