Key Responsibilities\n

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including ethnic minorities, the LGBTQ+ community, and immigrant families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Nevada.
\n
• Proficient knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, along with a strong commitment to cultural competence.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, employing inclusive and culturally responsive methodologies.

• Proven crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of successfully building rapport with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with EHR systems as well as general digital literacy to manage patient information efficiently.

• Dedication to upholding ethical or professional standards, including confidentiality and boundaries in client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
