Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist in Virginia.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, along with a focus on cultural competence in practice.

• Proficiency in providing individual and group therapy, applying inclusive, culturally responsive approaches tailored to client needs.

• Experienced in conducting crisis interventions with a demonstrated ability to maintain calm in high-pressure situations.
