Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to support individuals and families dealing with emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments, developing initial treatment and discharge plans.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to clients' treatment goals.

• Collaborate with patients to develop treatment plans based on their unique assessments and coordinate any necessary additional services.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of therapy services in accordance with facility policies and professional standards.

• Manage and uphold a consistent caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and ongoing support to clients.

• Participate in regular virtual treatment team meetings, sharing progress and strategies with colleagues.

• Actively engage in client care by recognizing and addressing any concerns that may arise, ensuring patient safety is always the priority.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support the clinic’s mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, which allows for a broad scope of practice. You will have the opportunity to employ various therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and family systems therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.

• State or national licensure as a professional therapy provider is essential; candidates must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• Proficiency in therapeutic methods suitable for working with varied age groups, including adolescents and families.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with at least two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting are preferred. Experience in managing diverse caseloads and familiarity with integrating teletherapy practices will be highly advantageous.

The role comes with a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise.
