Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing professional boundaries to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and therapeutic needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

• A minimum of one year of specialized experience in psychiatric care, with a focus on youth or substance abuse populations.
