Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to clients of all ages.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD within the state of Virginia.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and experience with evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
