Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gather relevant client history and delineate issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions, adapting to clients’ evolving needs and utilizing teletherapy options as necessary.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

The therapist in this role will work with a varied client base, including individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
