Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy in individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to ensure holistic and coordinated care, attending regular case consultations to share insights and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
