The Rebuild Self Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, and the compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual counseling services tailored to the unique needs of a diverse client base, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges.

• Establish a trusting and supportive therapeutic rapport with clients, ensuring a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create comprehensive treatment plans that align with their goals and include measurable outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely digital documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and session notes through telehealth systems.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in ongoing training to ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

• Strong skills in treatment planning, including the ability to adjust evidence-based approaches to fit individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building strong therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and ensuring secure digital documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly with a focus on virtual care.
