This full-time position operates in a remote capacity, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere. We operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate specific patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that respect and acknowledge the diverse backgrounds and experiences of patients, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, utilizing your training to manage high-stress situations effectively.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions in compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and the ability to employ evidence-based treatment approaches with cultural competence.

• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy using inclusive and culturally aware methods.

• Strong abilities in crisis intervention, capable of maintaining composure and professionalism during challenging situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport with diverse populations.

• Competence in EHR systems and general computer applications to support documentation and communication efforts.

• A firm commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining effective boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
