This remote position allows therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while being part of a collaborative virtual team. Our community health clinic operates from Monday to Friday, with counseling sessions typically scheduled between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Some flexibility in scheduling may be needed to accommodate the needs of our patients. With regular team meetings and cultural competency training sessions, you will continuously engage in a professional and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized mental health assessments to understand the unique experiences of each patient and devise tailored treatment plans that respect their cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and a range of evidence-based treatment approaches, with a strong focus on cultural competence.

• Proven experience delivering both individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n
