Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and utilizing evidence-based practices to tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Administering therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other treatment modalities suited to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure continuous improvement in care delivery.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them to be active participants in the treatment process.

• Staying informed about the latest developments in mental health research and therapeutic techniques to provide the best care possible.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is incredibly diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds and with different mental health needs. As a therapist, you will work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and maladaptive coping mechanisms. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and the ability to apply these methods to suit individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
