Work Environment\n

This position is structured as a remote telehealth role, allowing for flexibility and convenience when interacting with clients. Your primary work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet client scheduling needs. Telehealth technology will be your main tool for conducting assessments and therapy sessions, ensuring you can provide quality care from the comfort of your home while reaching clients who may face barriers to access traditional in-person services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally attuned mental health assessments to identify each client's unique needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect their cultural backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competency training to continuously enhance care quality and team collaboration.

• Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and cultural considerations relevant to mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methods, and cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
