We provide our therapists with advanced telehealth technologies, ensuring seamless communication and consultation with clients. The flexibility of remote work combined with a structured Monday to Friday schedule of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM enables you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally-sensitive mental health assessments to grasp the individual experiences of clients and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific needs of clients, honoring their cultural and personal contexts.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of mental health concerns while fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Respond to mental health crises with prompt intervention, offering support and resources as needed during emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and options for treatment, as well as community resources available to them.

• Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Actively engage in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions to enhance team collaboration and improve service delivery.

• Stay current on research, best practices, and emerging cultural considerations in the field of mental health therapy to provide informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are primarily individuals from multicultural backgrounds, including ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrant communities. Your role is pivotal in ensuring these diverse populations have access to compassionate and effective mental health care. You will be able to employ your expertise to bridge cultural gaps, adapting therapeutic methods to meet the distinct needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders along with evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated experience delivering both individual and group therapy through culturally responsive and inclusive methods.

• Strong crisis intervention abilities, maintaining composure and effectiveness during challenging situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven capability to build rapport across diverse groups.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technologies.

• Dedicated to upholding professional ethics, confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and shared insights.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
