Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video conferencing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health concerns. Your role as a therapist is vital in guiding individuals toward understanding their mental health better and implementing effective coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• Completion of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license to practice independently without supervision.

• No limited or provisional licenses and a clean disciplinary record.

• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a genuine empathy for clients’ needs.

• Strong proficiency in computer systems and platforms relevant to virtual therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to $104,000 annually , depending on your available hours and level of experience. We also provide a generous sign-on bonus , weekly direct deposit payments, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time employees.
