Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, identifying their strengths and areas for growth.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to promote effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide seamless and integrated care for clients.

• Educate and support clients’ families, fostering their understanding of mental health challenges and encouraging their involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a high standard of ethical practice.
