Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique experiences and backgrounds.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailored to fit individual cultural and personal needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, fostering resilience and overall well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and additional healthcare professionals to create a coordinated and holistic care experience for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, applying professional expertise to de-escalate situations and provide support.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, therapeutic approaches, and community resources available to enhance their wellness journey.

• Maintain complete and secure documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our EHR system effectively.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competency training, contributing to an ongoing learning environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
