Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to evaluate patients' needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver effective short-term individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services, addressing urgent issues and providing immediate support.

• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops focusing on personal development, coping strategies, and enhancing mental health awareness among participants.

• Collaborate interdepartmentally with medical professionals, patient support services, and community organizations to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Annual salary ranging between $115,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience and education.
