Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing for flexibility while still providing access to an engaging and supportive team environment. You will work from your home office, collaborating with other therapists and psychiatrists through telehealth platforms, while managing a client caseload. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, gaining insights into their history and current emotional states.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic sessions to clients via telehealth, focusing on engaging and effective communication techniques.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and strategies for self-care and support.

• Monitor client progress throughout their therapy journey, making adjustments to treatment plans and recommending additional resources when needed.

• Collaborate with our team of psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Engage in continual professional development, staying informed on the latest research and best practices in the treatment of mood disorders.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to promote best practices and enhance clinical knowledge.

• Act as an advocate for clients, promoting awareness and de-stigmatization of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and connection with clients from all walks of life.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, to effectively support client mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders.
