This role allows you to work remotely, providing flexibility while ensuring you can balance your professional and personal life. We understand the significance of work-life balance, and as such, our therapists work during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, understanding their severity, frequency, and impact on daily life.

• Collaborate closely with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, preferences, and lifestyle considerations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address specific challenges faced by clients.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families, ensuring they understand mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care techniques.

• Monitor and document the progress of clients, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to meet their evolving needs and facilitating improvement in their mental health.

• Partner with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and collaborating towards integrated and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Stay informed on the latest therapeutic practices and research in mood disorders to enhance clinical methodologies and improve treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in client records.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas is essential.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly in treating mood disorders through CBT and DBT.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and experience collaborating with medical professionals to optimize client care.

• A proven record of facilitating successful treatment outcomes in clients facing mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and contributions to our practice.
