Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in achieving their stress reduction goals and improving overall mental wellness.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify the unique challenges, stressors, and aspirations of each client, tailoring treatment approaches accordingly.

• Lead individualized therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness exercises, such as meditation and breathing techniques, to facilitate emotional balance and self-awareness.

• Design and facilitate group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, therapeutic strategies for stress management, and resilience-building techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare providers to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to mental health care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports to support continuity of care and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n
