Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, using tools and methodologies to evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional wellness.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individualized therapy sessions, group therapy discussions, and family counseling.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins, adapting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, applying theoretical knowledge to support clients facing immediate challenges.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Engage in professional development opportunities, staying informed on current trends in mental health treatment and participating in supervision sessions.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards set by licensing boards and psychological associations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.
