Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health challenges, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans that meet each client’s unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant therapeutic frameworks.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients navigating acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and promoting appropriate coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with all ethical and legal standards, ensuring clients' rights are upheld.

• Collaborate effectively with a range of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Educate clients and their families on relevant mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing varying mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
