Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through interviews, questionnaires, and history evaluation.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique challenges, goals, and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions through secure virtual platforms, focusing on providing supportive engagement and guidance.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions to treat a variety of disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) for each client’s treatment progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists or specialized therapists, as needed to enhance client care.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, case discussions, and strategies for improving client support and engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position will be on individuals receiving psychotherapy services within a hospice context. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current and valid license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) to practice in Washington State.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy or counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
