Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans tailored specifically to each client.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic services targeting individuals, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, actively engaging in case discussions and ensuring each client's care plan is holistically integrated across various services.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support for clients encountering acute mental health crises, utilizing your expertise and compassion to provide immediate assistance and develop safety plans.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness, facilitating workshops, or presentations to educate the public and reduce stigma associated with mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing terminal illnesses, grief, anxiety, depression, and other complex emotional challenges associated with end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active, independent license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
