Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of vital tasks aimed at promoting mental health and recovery:

• Conduct thorough assessments and comprehensive evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and collaborate with them to develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Deliver diverse evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies to address various mental health issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and supportive care for clients facing acute distress, employing your clinical expertise to stabilize situations and guide clients toward appropriate follow-up services.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
