Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that address specific issues and goals.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Display cultural sensitivity and competence in working with individuals from varied backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity in therapy practices.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective documentation and adherence to treatment plans.
