Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing standardized psychological tools to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and co-create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couple, and group therapy sessions through evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs.

• Respond to clients in crisis by providing immediate support and intervention strategies, managing acute situations with empathy and professionalism.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including treatment progress, ethical considerations, and framework adherence, to maintain compliance with standards and regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and a coordinated approach to client treatment.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources, acting as an advocate for their rights and needs.

• Commit to continuous professional growth by engaging in ongoing education, attending workshops, and integrating new techniques and insights into therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range from adolescents to adults facing a diverse array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will be equipped to cater to varied backgrounds and experiences, ensuring inclusivity and understanding in every interaction. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, compliant with Texas licensing requirements.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with at least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
