This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide high-quality therapeutic services from the comfort of your own home. You'll conduct virtual appointments using secured platforms, including video conferencing through Simple Practice, ensuring a confidential and effective client experience. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand the client's mental health needs and develop respective treatment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions through video conferencing, adapting modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and others suitable for the client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies.

• Regularly engage in supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality care delivery.

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to remain current with best practices and clinical advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including children, teenagers, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will contribute to their healing journey, particularly for those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. By fostering trust and rapport, you will help clients achieve their personal health goals through tailored therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license in Mental Health Counseling (LPC), Clinical Social Work (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) is required.
